Welcome to Tibuc

Tibuc offers three unique cabins for self contained accommodation adjoining the Warrumbungle National Park. Tibuc is located where Gamilaraay territory reaches south to the Warrumbungle Mountains near Coonabarabran. Gamilaraay is the Aboriginal country of this region of central northern NSW.

We are a days drive from Brisbane, half a days drive from Sydney, two hours from Tamworth or Dubbo and ten minutes from spectacular views of the ancient Warrumbungle volcano.

Tibuc and its surrounding district is home to an extensive range of Australian native plants and animals. Due to the unique topography and positioning of the Warrumbungle Mountains, many coastal species and others from the drier inland regions can all be found here. It is not uncommon to see 4 types of kangaroos, koalas, wedgetail eagles, superb blue wrens, eastern spinebills and mountain galaxias all in the space of one day. more..
